Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://jsfiddle.net/7cw41x8e/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Wrap a table in a container with overflow: auto 2. Add box-shadow to a <td> within the table that will "bleed" outside the container 3. The container shows a scrollbar so you can scroll to see the rest of the dropshadow What is the expected behavior? Box-shadow should not influence scrollbar behavior What went wrong? Box-shadow should not trigger scrollbars if they bleed outside the parent Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before?
