Issue descriptionGoogle Chrome 61.0.3163.112 (Official Build) dev (32-bit) Platform 9765.75.0 (Official Build) beta-channel Steps To Reproduce: (1) Insert SD card. Observe that it is mounted. (2) Format the device and observe that USB icon is shown next to mounted SD card in Files app Expected Result: SD card icon must appear next to mounted SD card, even after formatting the card.

I can't even format the SDCard. It is either "Formatting Failed" or "Your card should have at least one formatted partition".

I couldn't repro this in the manner specified, but I do have an SD card reader that doesn't show the SD card icon when a card is inserted. It shows a generic USB device icon. The reason it does this is because the decision whether to show an SD card icon is made by checking the USB device's ID (built-in SD card readers are USB mass storage devices) against a static list (https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromiumos/platform2/+/HEAD/cros-disks/usb-device-info). That list hasn't been updated since March 2016.
