Steps To Reproduce:
(1)update to latest chrome operation system
(2)set your device to charge
(3)

Expected Result:

Actual Result:the device will only charge up to 88% and the orange chargel light is continuely on and device will not fully charge

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)almost everytime I try to charge I experience this error

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?the device will not charge fully and even resetting and powerwashing the system does not correct the issue.I have changed charging cables and the result is still the same.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
log if possible.
I found that this error first occurred after the last two stable releases of the google chrome operating system before that my device charged properly.
