cautotest refuses connections for "Show verifies, repairs, cleanups and resets"

Check the box for:
  Show verifies, repairs, cleanups and resets

And get the error message:
  URLError: <urlopen error [Errno 111] Connection refused>


I assume this is related to the recent RPC changes.

The failure is because apache is down on server33. I manually started apache, it's all working now.

apache on shard is only needed for local log access or in this case, special task access. If it's down, only web UI is affected, the production is not affected. Anyhow, we can use some monitoring on the process.

I'm suspecting that that Apache server is required for repair, since most Kip boards were down and repair was failing. Scheduled now, it succeeds.

you are right, the drone apache is not critical, but shard apache is still used when it needs to run repair locally. So we definitely should monitor shard apache service.
