In the fallout of issues 770700 and 770671, investigating all clients that still use the legacy run_sharded_perf_tests, I found that a significant chunk of the bots on:

https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.perf.fyi/builders

have been down for ~ 2 months now (since [3] landed) with probably nobody noticing. The affected bots are all failing on the "List Perf Tests" with:

Usage: run_benchmark list [benchmark_name] [<options>]
run_benchmark: error: no such option: --json-output

Do we still care about these bots? Should they be fixed or taken down?
