Able to reproduce in 61.0.3163.100 stable. I could not reproduce however building from HEAD, having tried it at multiple points in the last two weeks.

Does not reproduce on 63.0.3223.8 unstable either.

If it's fixed on trunk but reproduces on stable, reverse bisect to see what fixed it?

I've synced to the exact revision on the M61 branch that bumps the version to 61.0.3163.100 and it does not repro on a Developer build either. It might only happen in official builds?

Something is wonky here. I have Chrome 61.0.3163.100 running here and I can reproduce the bug. If I launch the same binary with a fresh user profile, I can't reproduce the bug.

Built the official build and did not repro there either.

This is a PlzNavigate issue. I thought we fixed this in bug 709771 for M60. Not sure why this issue, with similar symptoms, is happening with M61.

Yes, this was fixed in issue 765780 , and the fix was merged to M62. The fix should reach the stable channel with Chrome 62. Thanks for the report! |
