Issue descriptionChrome Version: M63 OS: OSX What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) login to frys.com, creating saved login credentials (2) add something to the card (3) proceed to checkout (4) proceed to billing/shipping section What is the expected result? In the "Redeem Fry's Gift Card" box, the Card Number and Security Code fields should be left blank. What happens instead? The Card Number and Security Code fields are populated with the login credentials. Clearing then clicking on the fields results in the password manager offering username and password autofill.

I verified that this is still an issue on Chrome 69.0.3497.120 (CrOS). FWIW, the CVC field had name "r=gcard1,c=check_string". A solution to bug 860700 might fix this.
