Google Pin Reset

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1Email me step by step Instructions  of forgotten Google pin.
2. I have an been a victim of an unconfirmed Cyberattacks. The Cybercrime investigation INCREDIBLY includes ALL Google Platforms
3) Need direct communication with Google Chrome and or Google Security ASAP. As it is now believeed that  Several US Departments and agencies portals have been compromised. Contant me ASAP.

What is the expected behavior?
Security Breaches and Personal malfunctions 6unexplainable

What went wrong?
Will submit per DOD approval.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.98  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 
Flash Version: not sure

Time is of the ESSENCE.

Please Help.  CANNOT received SMS.
Chrome disabled ALL  extentions incapacitate. To and including PDF files  docs have been either corrupted or converted into different formats. i.e. video ms, jpeg files into an UNKNOWN PDF file
