Change of wallpaper with WallpaperImage policy filled |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 59.0.3071.134 OS: ChromeOs What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) configure in the Admin console a wallpaper for the user (2) in settings>Appearance>wallpaper you can start the wallpaper app What is the expected result? not to start the wallpaper app What happens instead? able to start the wallpaper app In M58 it was blocked. it's resolved in crbug.com/749755 I've tested on the new version: 62.0.3202.97 blocked from both desktop and settings 63.0.3239.116 blocked from both desktop and settings 64.0.3282.41 blocked from both desktop and settings |
