Restoring a tab playing media doesn't properly set the player state

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a Youtube video, pause it.
(2) Discard the tab (via chrome://discards/)
(3) Return to the Youtube tab

What is the expected result?

The tab will be restored and the video will still be paused.

What happens instead?

The tab is restored but the video is unpaused.

Chris and Ojan, where should this be reported? Is it a Chrome issue or a Youtube one?

I don't think there's much we can do in TabManager to address this. Likely better addressed by the YouTube folks. Do we have contacts over there?
