Dev Tools get disconnected easily(aw snap) if webpage has WebAssembly

Reported by gauravde...@gmail.com, Oct 1 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a webpage containing webassembly (say https://www.websightjs.com/ and upload image to start face detection )
2. Ensure that devtools are opened
3.

What is the expected behavior?
Devtools should remain connected to the webpage and not lead to aw snap or disconnection (on leaving idle as well as on debugging)

What went wrong?
Aw snap (on leaving the page idle or on debugging)
Or
Devtools disconnected

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.2 (Windows 8)

Attached is the picture of this crash - render process gone.
Attached is the testcase too.
(1) Unzip worker.zip to a local folder
(2) run any server in this directory say http-server -p 8567
(3) Goto localhost:8567/a.html in browser
(4) Refresh the page again and open devtools this time
(5) Leave the tab open overnight - sometimes the crash happens immediately but sometimes it may take some time

I tried to reproduce it by running example for couple of days without success. If you have any records on chrome://crashes/ feel free to reopen this bug with crash id or if it still reproducible in latest stable (I believe we fix a lot of WebAssembly crashes since M60).
