Long passwords cause the username to be hidden

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9592.96.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.114 Safari/537.36
Platform: 9592.96.0 (Official Build) stable-channel zako

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Have a long password
2. Navigate to a site like Twitter 
3. Click the key icon to manage password

What is the expected behavior?
The username and password shows

What went wrong?
Only see Asterisk ****

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.114  Channel: stable
OS Version: 9592.96.0
Flash Version: 27.0.0.130

The bug is in the team bug queue. Adding Windows and Linux tags because the same UI framework is used and such problem should be also for Chrome on Windows and Linux.
