Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Boot to login screen.

The bug happens a few times with different builds (in version beta 61), not always.

What is the expected behavior?
Avatar appears with username and space to enter password.

What went wrong?
The center of the screen (aprox half screen) blurs, so it is not possible to see avatars of users, the usernames and space to enter passwords.

Did this work before? Yes Not sure, but I think 4 builds ago. Beta version 60 was ok.
