Takes too much time to load page every time.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
pre condotion- best internet connection(50Mbps).
1. Open Chrome Browser 
2. Type any web address("http"//www.google.co.in").
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
web page will open with in a second.

What went wrong?
it is taking more time (even more than 2 minutes) to get any web page.

Did this work before? Yes 60.0.3112

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

After upgrading to new version(61.0.3163.100) i am encountering this problem.it was fine in previous versions.

Try disabling the following flags (one at a time and restart the browser):
chrome://flags/#browser-side-navigation
chrome://flags/#enable-mojo-loading
chrome://flags/#enable-quic

If it won't help, capture the network log while opening the site and attach it in a comment:

@Reporter: Could you please let us know the behaviour by checking the same, by clearing the cache, with no extension apps and with a new profile or in an incognito window. Is the same issue seen with the other browsers? 

you can even retry the scenario by installing latest Canary by using below link
