Latest update broke OWA email app

Issue description

Device name: Moto z2 force

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version: 61.0.3163.98
Operating system: 7.1.1

URLs (if applicable): OWA app for Android

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Install and set up OWA app for android
(2) Close and then launch OWA app
(3) Error will pop up: "Reset OWA"
(4) App data resets and requires set up again

Expected result:
App loads and inbox shows up

Actual result:
Error pops up: "Reset OWA"

Additional notes: OWA app does not seem to be putting out any more updates. Is there a setting or flag in chrome://flags I can change to fix this? This could be an issue with Android System WebView
