Spreadsheet INDIRECT/Named Ranges stop function

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. In spreadsheet name a range
2. Use that NamedRange in a INDIRECT() function example [=INDIRECT("Range_01")]
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Get the value of the referenced range

What went wrong?
#!REF! Error

The parameter 1 value of indirect function is "Range_01". It is not a Cell/range valid reference.

Did this work before? Yes 60.0.3112.113
