Issue descriptionChrome Version:63.0.3228.0 (Official Build) unknown (32-bit) KEVIN What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Connect external display (VGA to usb-c) (2) laptop screen goes black and does not restore (3) external display seems normal, I can navigate my mouse to and from the display but nothing on the external monitor responds.
