[VR Browser] Chrome VR don't render advt on m.facebook.com

Issue description

Chrome : 62.0.3202.40
Android : Pixel XL/OPM1.170928.001
Day dream: 1.8.17071.8003 

Pre-Condition:

Device: has one google account added


Procedure:

Steps:
1. Fresh-install Chrome on Mobile.
2. Launch Chrome > m.facebook.com > Sign in > get in to the VR mode > from the facebook home screen and looks for inapp links which open in chrome (i have selected the guardian source) > scroll down to the advt area and observe

What is the expected result?
Advt is played 

What happens instead?
Advt are not played/render waited more then 2+ mins, 

Additional info:-
-Anddont see this issue on chrome (non vr mode)
-Attached logcat/bugreport/video

This doesn't feel like a VR issue.  I'll try and reproduce it, for starters.

I tried to repro this and observed what I think the issue is. I thin the issue is that https://www.theguardian.com/us on mobile takes a very long time to load. there is a ton of content on the page. I observed the blank advertisements as described in the bug and shown in the video. But I waited for another minute or two and the advertisements showed up. so I think this is just a page that loads a lot of content and advertisements are loaded last. So not a VR issue, and not related to Facebook.

Dheenu, can you confirm that after waiting a few minutes, the advertisements do appear? Thanks!

I'm see this issue with out VR as well, suggest closing this issue
