In chromeVox next some of the settings do not save. One example is the ability to have earcons on or off. After loging  on you are able to turn off the earcons by pressing the chromevox A followed by E to turn them off or on, but if you want them to stay off, even after you restart, the settings or setting with not hold. Reproduction Steps: 
1. Start up chromebook and login.
2. After loging in, press chromevox A then E to turn off the earcons.
3. Restart chromebook and log back in. Notice that the earcons for your account come back on when you had set  chromevox to disable    them  previously.
