Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9592.96.0 (Official Build) stable-channel clapper Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Download Pearson TestNav app in a kiosk mode or any app that supports kiosk mode https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/sample-test-kiosk-app/melmempfncibgepnoebbmgklmdogpnoj 2. Disconnect the network 3. Launch the app and connect to any available network 4. Restart the device and launch the app What is the expected behavior? Error should have been displayed when the device is not connected to the network What went wrong? App launched successfully and can login to the app with no error Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3112.114 (Official Build) (64-bit) Channel: stable OS Version: CrOS x86_64 9592.96.0 Flash Version: 27.0.0.130
