MediaStreams web platform tests behave differently in Chrome vs Safari on iOS

Issue description

The following tests fail in Chrome but pass in Safari:
mediacapture-streams/GUM-api.https.html
mediacapture-streams/MediaDevices-IDL-all.html
mediacapture-streams/MediaDevices-enumerateDevices.https.html
mediacapture-streams/MediaDevices-getUserMedia.https.html

mediacapture-streams/MediaDevices-IDL-enumerateDevices.html has several subtests that timeout in Chrome but not in Safari, and one subtest that fails in Chrome but passes in Safari.

The following tests fail in Chrome but timeout in Safari:
