Cursor behind url when opening a new tab

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a new tab (Ctrl+T)

What is the expected behavior?
For the Url to be already selected

What went wrong?
When trying to quickly google something or access a page 

Did this work before? Yes The one before

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

This is the expected behaviour, how it worked everyday before today.
