Video Player is very bad on Chromium, on all other Chromium-based Browser like Vivaldi and Opera and also Chrome it does work perfect. For example, openload video is only Loading nonstop.

Tried playing a random video on the reported version of 
chrome 63.0.3228.0 dev, and latest canary 63.0.3230.0 
but we are unable to reproduce the issue.

@Reporter: Could you please let us know the steps to be 
followed to reproduce the issue and it would be highly 
helpful if you mention any particular site with which you 
are facing this isssue.

no response from bug opener. as per bug title, this only repro on specific chromium browser, but not on Chrome or popular Chromium based browser like vivaldi, opera.
