Printing issue with System Dialog box

Chrome Version       : 61.0.31.63.100
URLs (if applicable) :
OS version               : 10.10.5
Behavior in Safari (if applicable): N/A
Behavior in Firefox (if applicable): N/A

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a webpage in Chrome
(2) Go to print
(3) Choose "Print using system dialog"
(4) Try to switch Page Options from All to From

What is the expected result?
To be able to switch back to All and also print

What happens instead?
Radio Button disappears from in front of all and the print window freezes up.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Mac-10.12.4 using latest chrome Stable #61.0.3163.100 & latest Canary #63.0.3234.0

Steps:
1)Opened a webpage in Chrome
2)Clicked on Ctrl+P and in the print preview page -> Choosen "Print using system dialog"
3)Tried to switch Page Options from All to From -> observed Radio Button appears  in front of 'All' and 'From'

bheimark@  Could you please find the attachment and confirm if anything is missed in triaging the issue.Please recheck this issue by creating a new profile under chrome://settings with no apps or extensions in your browser.
Please update the thread if issue still pezrsists

We tried one of the newer versions that was suggested (62) and it appears
to resolve the issue.
