ChromeVox commands documentation is incorrect

Reported by n2102410...@gmail.com, Sep 29 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version : 60.0.3112.114
OS Version: 9592.96.0
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to change pitch and speed
2.
3.

http://www.chromevox.com/next_keyboard_shortcuts.html lists the following commands.
Decrease pitch = Search + Semicolon
Decrease rate (speed) = Search + Open bracket
Increase pitch = Search + Single quote
Increase rate (speed) = Search + Close bracket

However, these are incorrect. Search + [ increases speed while Search + ] increases pitch. Search + ; just tries to go to the next landmark instead. It took me a while to realize that the way to lower speed is Search + Shift + [ and the way to lower pitch is Search + Shift + ].

Bumping up priority since I needed to look up these commands using the Search + period menu and the ChromeVox Classic documentation isn't applicable to the Chrome OS version.

ChromeVox + Shift + Close Bracket = Decrease pitch of speech
ChromeVox + Shift + Open Bracket = Decrease rate of speech
ChromeVox + Close Bracket = Increase pitch of speech
ChromeVox + Open Bracket = Increase rate of speech
