SVG icons are not handled properly

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/604.1.38 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/11.0 Safari/604.1.38

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Moving the bar with SVG icons
2. Hovering on the icons will make the invisible
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
On hover the icons should stay visible

What went wrong?
On hover the SVG icons are disappearing

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'>  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6
