Issue descriptionApp Version: 63.0.3226.0 canary iOS Version:11.0 Device : iPhone 7+ URL: https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/ Precondition : 1- Precondition:Device Settings --> Chrome Beta --> Experimental Settings --> Append Extra Flags : On --> Flag1 > ---enable-features=AutofillCreateDataForTest,AutofillSuppressDisusedAddresses,AutofillSuppressDisusedCreditCards Steps to repro : 1. Launch chrome. 2. Tap on Menu > Settings > Autofill forms. 3. Goto “https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/”. 4. Tap on “Name on the card”. 5. Type entering name (Bob) Observed results: At step 4 : Latest card details should be displayed. At step 5 : Disused data should be displayed Note : Works fine in Desktop chrome and Android. Credit card data is shown on entering the text in the autofill field. Expected results: Typing the text in credit card section should show the disused data. Andy, can you take a look. I think this exactly the scenario that the CL we were talking about earlier (https://codereview.chromium.org/2966093002/) is attempting to fix. Plus, it's related the credit-card soft-delete.

It looks like there is a extra '-' in startup command line args. Asked tester to verify. Could not reproduce the error in ios simulator.

Looks like simulator works by actual device testing shows issue. Investigating..

OK, looking at the video, on iOS tester is not using https, which autofill will not show credit card suggestions when is page is not secured.
