Chrome Version: 60.0.3112.114
OS: ChromeOS
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Have two ChromeOS devices: A and B.
(2) Sign-in your Chrome account and enable sync on both.
(3) On device A set your language to Italian and set it as the UI language.
(4) On device B set your language to English and set it as the UI language.
(5) On device B remove language Italian from the list.
What is the expected result?
The two devices should still remain in sync and display the same list of languages.
What happens instead?
The sync between the devices is broken. The two devices display their own list of languages, independently of each other.
The Chrome settings are sync'ed on other devices based on the most recent changes made on device A or B.
Both devices A and B maintain their UI language though.
