Chrome PDF Viewer needs better branding

Project Member Reported by thestig@chromium.org, Sep 29 2017

Issue description

Users oftentimes have trouble distinguishing between:

1) Chrome's built in PDF Viewer
2) Rob W's excellent PDF Viewer extension: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/pdf-viewer/oemmndcbldboiebfnladdacbdfmadadm
3) Opening PDFs on Google Drive in their PDF Viewer

Is there something we can do visually to make it obvious to users which PDF viewer they using? Stick a Chromium/Chrome logo in the top bar somewhere?
