Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
www.facebook.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. enter a page
2. minimize chrome
3. maximize chorme

What is the expected behavior?
black screening for a while

What went wrong?
everytime i minimize/maixmize i get black screen

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

Rechecked this issue on Windows 10 using chrome version 61.0.3163.100, Navigated to different websites maximized and minimized windows. No black screens are observed.

@ mrsvlv46: request you to please do a system restart, relaunch chrome and try again. Please update us with your observations.

I already tried , also i uninstalled and reinstalled chrome and still

I'm unable to reproduce on my win10 machine.

Can you provide the output of chrome://gpu?  Perhaps it's a GPU problem.

i have the same issue and already filed a bug. But nobody is interested. I also added screencast. 

My machine is Windows 10 x64 Home Edition.

Gpu is Intel HD 4000

It occurs especially heavy pages like gmail. Whole windows is rendered as blavk and stays like that for 4-5 seconds and then actual page appears. This happens when maximising and minimizing from task bar. Please somebody pay attention for this.

It happens on Beta Dev and Canary for me (62-63). Stable is not affected(m61)
