remoting_start_host hangs

Repro steps:
* Obtain an OAuth access code to set up Chrome Remote Desktop.
* Run the remoting_start_host binary.
* Enter and confirm a PIN.

Expected result:
A new host is started, or an error is logged explaining what happened.

Actual result:
The command appears to hang. Checking with the Chrome Remote Desktop app, it appears that a host has been registered with the directory service, but it is offline.

The problem was due to a broken build of remoting_me2me_host. However, that was very non-obvious from the output, which hung for about five minutes and then printed the host logs. It should stream the host logs as they are printed, as there's often relevant debugging information in the first few lines.
