Quick view: PDF preview should resize when info panel is toggled on / off

Chrome Version: 62.0.3202.18 9901.12.0 Kevin

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a PDF file in Quick view with the info panel closed
(2) Open the info panel (click on "i")

What is the expected result?
The PDF resizes to fit in the new space allocated for the PDF viewer.

What happens instead?
The PDF viewer decreases in size, cutting off a part of the PDF from view.
