Some web platform tests on iOS get a SecurityError in Chrome but not on Safari

For the following tests, all subtests have the same result on Chrome and Safari, but the test gets "SecurityError (DOM Exception 18) Sandbox Access Violation" only on Chrome:

FileAPI/url/blob-url-in-sandboxed-iframe.html
IndexedDB/idbfactory-deleteDatabase-opaque-origin.html
IndexedDB/idbfactory-open-opaque-origin.html
storage/opaque-origin.https.html
