Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Switch to tablet mode 
(2)Open playstore or any ARC app
(3)Rotate device 90°/180°/270° direction.

Expected Result:
Should rotate screen with immediate effects.

Actual Result:
Rotate screen takes ~ 3 to 5 seconds when ARC app is open.
