Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. point to any "clickable screen element" 2. click 3. highlight but no activation of the element What is the expected behavior? the element responds to the click with the expected action What went wrong? Essentially I'm having to click between 3-5 times for various screen elements to interact with any on page element. If I am very deliberate and slow, and press down, hold for an entire beat, and then release the element often works, but just a regular click (one that works in every other application and even in Safari on the identical page) it works fine. I suspect you have a debounce or other technique that is causing the events to miss fire or not be registered. Did this work before? Yes I cannot say, it's been a problem for about 2-3 weeks now. Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 Flash Version: This is almost debilitating, and I'm about 2 days away from uninstalling your Browser and going back to Firefox or Safari.

one additional note, this is independent of whether I use the trackpad or the magic mouse (of which I've used 2 different revisions of that mouse.) I've also checked the various Accessibility and Mouse Settings, and I have disable all my extensions, and restarted the browser to confirm it's not them.

Do you have magnet or BTT apps installed?

This sounds like a duplicate of issue 763642

Yes, I have Magnate installed, and have for a while. This didn't happen until quite a while after Magnate was installed.

Yes, I have Magnet installed, and have for a while. This didn't happen until quite a while after Magnet was installed, and it hasn't been updated recently.

however, telling magnet to ignore chrome seems to have worked. I agree. this is a dup, you can close it as such.
