Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS aarch64 9592.96.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.114 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9592.96.0 (Official Build) stable-channel hana Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Close the lid to power down or put the chromebook to sleep 2. open the lid or 3. press the power button on the side What is the expected behavior? The chromebook should power back on or wake back up What went wrong? The light on the side of the chromebook never turns off indicating that it never fully goes to sleep or turns off. There is nothing other than pressing refresh+power (power reset) that will wake the chromebook back up. Also once the power reset is done and the chromebook powers back up, the wifi is turned off in the OS by default. This has been seen 4 times now and is becoming a problem. We do have the manufacturer shim and passes all of the MFG tests in the shim which includes stress hibernation, power, and GU tests, but once back in the OS the problem returns. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3112.114 Channel: stable OS Version: 9592.96.0 Flash Version: 27.0.0.130 Seeing as it passes all of the tests in the shim, it seems to be a bug in the OS, but cannot verify. The only caveat to this is that a motherboard replacement has shown to fix the issue.

Can you file a feedback report after you see this (reboot, log in, Alt+Shift+i, note email address here if different)?
