What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, login to www.fb.com with a long password name and save it.
2. Navigate to chrome://settings/passwords and observe the password dots.

Text continuation is missing for saved password.
Text should be seen for saved password.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-62 series, below is manual regression range.

Good build: 62.0.3174.0 
Bad build: 62.0.3176.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 491453 (known good), but no later than 491454 (first known bad).
