Selenium: No Auto Scroll When Click on element

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create an automatic selenium test on a site
2. Try to click on an element which is not directly in the view but is visible on the page
3. Profit??

What is the expected behavior?
That chrome auto scrolls to the element so it can be clicked

What went wrong?
It didn't scroll so the element was not clickable

Did this work before? Yes 60.0.3112.113

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

update chromedriver to 2.32 version:
Changes include:
Fixes a bug where Chromedriver fails to click due to page scrolling changes in Chrome 61+.
