Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Visit https://test.now.sh/ 2. In developer console attempt to down-sample the TLD document.domain = "now.sh" 3. See that now.sh is treated as a TLD What is the expected behavior? the document.domain should be able to down-sample to now.sh as .sh is the TLD. What went wrong?
