ISSUE SUMMARY: Some users in the Chrome help forum in Japan had the following messages " There is no SD card so, you can not download the image". TROUBLESHOOTING ATTEMPTED: downgraded the version then the message was not shown FORUM/SOCIAL LINK: There are three users declared the issue in the forum. https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!starred/chrome-ja/XcvdGHltOVA OBSERVED BEHAVIOR: When the user upgraded the Chrome version 64, the issue was occurred.
