Black content shown when switching and minimizing-maximising from taskbar between windows of two chrome profiles

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.38 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create two profile and open both chrome profile windows.
2. Sign in gmail.com in both chrome profiles.
3. Switch and minimize and maximise windows from taskbar.
4. Black parts and content appears and chrome window is very laggy during this process (See the screencasts please)

5. Running Chrome with --disable-d3d11 flag resolves the issue 
6. Issue is reproducable with Chrome Beta-Dev and Canary. Issue not occurs in Stable (m61)
7. Im running on Samsung Ultrabook with dual graphics card Intel HD4000 and Nvidia gt620m (intel hd4000 default) (chrome://gpu is added as attachment)

What is the expected behavior?
Switching windows and maximising chrome windows from taskbar should be smooth and there should not be black window/parts/content.

What went wrong?
Black content is visible when switching between windows of two different chrome profiles and minimizing maximizing from taskbar.

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 62.0.3202.38, latest beta 62.0.3202.45 and on latest canary 63.0.3233.0 using Windows 10 with steps mentioned in comment#0.

1.In 2 profiles logged in to Gmail >> minimized and maximised windows from taskbar  
2.No black content is seen.

This might be GPU and Samsung Ultrabook with dual graphics card Intel HD4000 and Nvidia gt620m (intel hd4000 default) specific, Which is not available with TE-India Team. Could someone from MTV team look into this issue.
