Thanks! I think I'll actually set this back to unconfirmed so that it's triaged for WebView. When done, add back the Blink>Fullscreen component. (Making sure that it doesn't get excluded from any triage filters.)

As per Bug Id: 726558, tested the issue on Chrome Stable# 61.0.3163.98 / 62.0.3202.66 & Chrome Canary# 64.0.3248.0 on Pixel (Android 8.0.0 / OPR1 170623.027) and Pixel XL (Android 7.1.2 / N2G48E) and could not reproduce the issue. @foolip -- Could you please let us know whether this issue can be marked as Fixed / Won't Fix. Thanks in Advance.

I have tested the WebView from "Android System WebView" (62.0.3202.66) and from Chrome Browser (61.0.3163.98), the problem is still present. When the video is going fullscreen, there's a first resize event with size 0 x 0. Please see https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=726558#c78 for initial findings. Note that this does *not* occur in regular Chrome Browser. It only happens in the WebView.
