Two resize events are fixed when entering fullscreen in WebView

Project Member Reported by foolip@chromium.org, Sep 27 2017

Issue description

See description starting at https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=726558#c77

Important points:
- When the first event is fired, the window size is 0x0
- At the second resize event, the window size is correct

Michael, I assume that this happens with any simple fullscreen demo? If you had one with logging that you were using for testing, can you share it?
I used the attached sample web page. You'll need to adapt the video file being used.

chromium-video-fullscreen-resize.html
648 bytes View Download

Components: -Blink>Fullscreen
Status: Unconfirmed (was: Available)
Thanks! I think I'll actually set this back to unconfirmed so that it's triaged for WebView. When done, add back the Blink>Fullscreen component. (Making sure that it doesn't get excluded from any triage filters.)

As per Bug Id: 726558, tested the issue on Chrome Stable# 61.0.3163.98 / 62.0.3202.66 & Chrome Canary# 64.0.3248.0 on Pixel (Android 8.0.0 / OPR1 170623.027) and Pixel XL (Android 7.1.2 / N2G48E) and could not reproduce the issue.

@foolip -- Could you please let us know whether this issue can be marked as Fixed / Won't Fix.

Thanks in Advance.
I have tested the WebView from "Android System WebView" (62.0.3202.66) and from Chrome Browser (61.0.3163.98), the problem is still present. When the video is going fullscreen, there's a first resize event with size 0 x 0.

Please see https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=726558#c78 for initial findings.

Note that this does *not* occur in regular Chrome Browser. It only happens in the WebView.

Yep, I don't think anything has happened which would have fixed this.
