Google Cluod Print Installer problem

Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Trying to install virtualprintersetup.exe

What is the expected result? Proceed with it.

What happens instead? Doesn't install the driver with the error: 0x80070705

Able to install virtualprintersetup.exe on windows 7 using link https://tools.google.com/dlpage/cloudprintdriver. 

@Reporter: Could you try installing from above given link and could you please let us know on which windows version you are seeing this issue?

It's from where downloaded the installer.

I have Windows 10 Home version 14393.1715.

I attach the debug file from the Cloud Printer folder.

Lopping to cloud print team for trying in - Printer Brother DCP-L2520DW

I believe pchalla@ tried and got HRESULT=0x80070704. I couldn't reproduce on my computer. (64-bit Windows 10, version 1607, build 14393.1715, English)
