Files app: Remove tooltips in touch mode

Per UI review feedback, we should remove tool tips when explicitly in touch mode.

I assume the problem is that tooltips appear just by tapping on buttons and menu items.
I think that is the same issue as  Issue 769593 . Then it would not be a specific issue with touch UI, but common to mouse UI.

Will you see if the movie in  Issue 769593  is the same issue as this one?
(I think showing tooltip when long-tapping on a button would be an intended behavior.)

Or otherwise, will you give me a link to the detail about the UI review feedback?
(I think Issue 744982 is not it.)

Thanks for the update - To confirm, I think it's the same issue that is occurring with mouse as well.
