<video> default ratio should be 16:9 not 2:1

Project Member Reported by fbeaufort@chromium.org, Sep 27 2017

Issue description

In a word where 16:9 is the de-facto ratio for video, it would be great it Chrome was using this ratio for the <video> element.

Instead of having a size of 300x150, we may want to use 320x180.

This is based on the HTML specification. I don't think we want to change this as really anyone who cares would simply set their own dimension. We would also use the poster image size if there is one or simply the frame size.

"The default object size is a width of 300 CSS pixels and a height of 150 CSS pixels. [CSSIMAGES]" (https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/media.html#media-elements)

I'm going to mark as WONTFIX but please reopen if I misunderstood something :)
