Provide option to prevent autofill from automatically add new entries

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Fill out a form
2. Have autofill enabled
3. Get wrong autofill data

What is the expected behavior?
I would like to be able to prevent autofill from collection new data, every time I fill out a form. Because the data is very often duplicate and wrong. For example, my birthdate is saved as company, etc.
So I would like to add my address manually and have autofill use it, but just the data I provide explicitely, not collecting blindly and wrongly.

What went wrong?
My birthdate gets saved as company name, etc when autofill is gathering new form data automatically. Also I have duplicate entries for the same address which is very confusing.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Please add a checkbox for autofill:
[] Allow autofill to automatically collect new form data

Could you please provide a sample URL to test the issue from TE-end.
This will help us in triaging the issue further.
Also please let us know if a new feature request is being raised by you regarding autofill to automatically collect new form data or it is an issue in existing autofill feature of chrome.

You are very welcome.
Unfortunately, I don't have an example at hand right away because I use online forms a lot. But you can consider this as a feature request rather than bug report if that answers your question?

The feature request would be disabling auto-collect while being able to use autofill with manually edited/added data.
