Regression: 'Learn More' link is missing on CBD overlay.

Chrome Version: 63.0.3225.0 Revision 454b29bb89471156174c8769692ec607f8209f94-refs/heads/master@{#504540} 
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Mac OS X(10.12.6)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://settings/clearBrowserData page
(2) Observe 'Learn More' link on overlay.

Actual: 'Learn More' link is not seen on CBD overlay.

Expected: 'Learn More' link should seen on CBD overlay.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M63', will soon update the info.

Good Build: 63.0.3223.8
Bad Build: 63.0.3225.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 504350 (known good), but no later than 504351 (first known bad).

The learn more link was removed as we added the missing data type (deleting site settings) and integrated the information about myactivity.google.com into the history description.

I noticed that the help center article also mentions extensions. msramek, max: Do we still need the link?

We discussed this and decided that we don't need the learn more link anymore site settings can be deleted. 
We will think about adding extension as an additional option to delete.
