Audio cuts out when Power Manager idles the display

Issue description
Chromium 61.0.3163.79 (Official Build) Built on Ubuntu , running on LinuxMint 18.2 (64-bit)
Chrome Version : Chromium 61.0.3163.79 (Official Build)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested: Firefox
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:
Firefox: OK
IE:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)playing a podcast all is well
(2)Power Manager idles the display
(3) The audio stops.
4. Hit enter key and display comes on as does audio.
5. Screensaver works fine and audio is not affected.
What is the expected result?
Audio is working, Power Manager idles the display and audio continues.
What happens instead?
Audio Stops.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

@Reporter: Could you please provide sample URL to play podcast and the url of power manager used to check this issue. And also please check the same on latest stable, dev and update us the behaviour. You can download latest stable build from https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel. If the issue still persist please provide the detail steps and If possible guide us with the screencast to reproduce the issue from TE end
