Shipping Address Editor does a lot of work regarding saving which should be shared with other editors. We should have common code for events like validating all fields when attempting to save, saving profiles, invalidating them in the comparator cache, etc.

This was considered in  crbug.com/712224  and will make more sense after or in tandem with a fix for the blocking bug crbug.com/767193
