To be clear: the download of the binaries is timing out.

Is this a problem with bandwidth either into the lab or the golo?

I'm not sure extract build is the interesting part -- bot_update's time has skyrocketed on this bot. (That could still be indicative of a bandwidth issue, though.)
Status: Started (was: Assigned)
The bot_update step in builds {4767..4773} took about 110 min. The total elapsed time of these builds was 3hr 3s each so timeout killed them

However it's back to normal starting with https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.gpu.fyi/builders/Win7%20Release%20%28AMD%29/builds/4774

Likewise similar behavior in https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.gpu.fyi/builders/Win10%20Debug%20%28NVIDIA%29

and https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.gpu.fyi/builders/Win10%20Release%20%28NVIDIA%29

These have returned to normal as well for now. These 3 vms are on the same esxi server. I'm going to migrate these 3 builders to another esxi server.
Status: Fixed (was: Started)
The vm's were migrated to a new esxi server. We back to normality here.

Marking this as fixed.
